Nestlé Vietnam is set to invest $100 million in expanding the production capacity of its Tri An coffee factory in the Đồng Nai province. This investment aims to meet the increasing demand for Nestlé's coffee products, including popular brands like Nescafé, Nescafé Dolce Gusto, and Starbucks. The Tri An coffee factory currently exports its products to over 29 countries globally. Nestlé has been actively investing in this facility since 2011, with total investments surpassing $500 million. As Vietnam ranks second globally in coffee production and export, it holds strategic importance for Nestlé, which claims to be the largest coffee buyer in the country with annual purchases of up to $700 million. The company operates six factories in Vietnam, producing a range of products such as coffee, cocoa malt beverages, cooking aids, and water. With nearly three decades of presence in Vietnam, Nestlé employs around 3,000 people in the region.
